YES, It’s Possible to Build Relationships with a Generation of Teenagers
Who Are Growing Up with No Awareness of Jesus

A mass exodus from the church has been occurring among Millennials in the past couple decades — and the trend is continuing with Gen Z.

As a church leader, if you’ve ever thought…

  • “It’s too hard to compete for kids’ hearts, imaginations, and attention these days.”
  • “Public schools are rejecting God — and pastors with them.”
  • “I’m too busy to do public school ministry.”
  • “What we’re doing isn’t working… the kids don’t care, and they don’t stick around.”

… you are not alone.

But what if I told you that the opportunities to reach today’s kids are more abundant than ever?

Teenagers and young adults are growing up without vision, without ownership of their lives, and without knowledge of the saving power of Christ. They are living self-fulfilling prophecies of poverty, addiction, media obsession, and meaninglessness that lead them on self-destructive paths. What they need is Jesus, and you can bring Him to them. That’s right — if they aren’t coming, you must be going.

And yet — how will you get in? Our laws may feel like someone tried to put a wall around schools, but they can’t put a wall around kids’ hearts. The need is great, and the doors are actually wide open. You simply need to know where they are and which keys work.

You CAN reach the younger generation successfully – and have a major impact for the Kingdom of God in your community, one student at a time.
I’ll show you how.

My name is Dr. Nate Landis, and I’m the author of God Wants His Kids Back and the founder of Urban Youth Collaborative.

When I began public school ministry in Southern California, I had a Master of Divinity degree, and I had been married for only 18 months. Although I had a well-paying job at a church with solid health benefits, God put a burden on my heart for students who never graced the doorstep of a church. As an outreach attempt, I volunteered to be the chaplain for a football team at a nearby school. Everything changed after that.

As I learned to know students at the school, I had a stark realization. “These kids are never going to accidentally stumble into the well-endowed Presbyterian stone castle I work at down the street,” I thought. “We need to go to where they are, to meet them on their own turf first.”

I felt the depth of God’s heart for teenagers. I went home and told my wife, “I’ve got a great idea. I’m going to quit my job and go after the kids that not enough people are reaching.” Without hesitating, my wife said, “I think that sounds fantastic, sweetheart.”

The journey of faith we stepped out to embrace became a longstanding, highly effective ministry that is now called Urban Youth CollaborativeThe practical wisdom I’ve accumulated over the years allows my team and I to reach 3,500 kids every week at 100 schools in Tijuana, Atlanta, and Columbia (South Carolina).

The church that I pastor today is part of our coalition of 135 congregations who build transformational relationships with students and schools in the local communities where we live, worship, love, and serve.

I know many other leaders just like you are deeply discouraged by secular trends in culture, lack of traction with Millennials and Gen Z, and the steep decline of Christianity in America. But what I’ve seen through this ministry will give you great hope, because it proves that God is still hard at work behind the scenes and on the frontlines, raising up leaders for Himself among the youth of our nation.

You can be part of this mission — in fact, I believe that saying “YES” to this kind of ministry will be one of the greatest investments in your calling and assignment on Earth.

If you want to begin and build an effective youth ministry in your community, my team and I have developed practical strategies and tools for successful engagement.

All of them are yours inside this masterclass.

What You'll Learn in This Masterclass:

In this masterclass for church leaders, you’ll discover what today’s youth are dealing with and what their deepest needs are. You’ll see what opportunities are available for you to not only serve, but to teach, inspire, and empower kids who have little to no exposure to the Gospel message. You’ll understand what matters to them, how to help them build meaningful lives, and how to train them to become leaders themselves.

One Million Young People Are Leaving the Church Every Year.
We Can Bring Them Back.

With the criticism, controversy, and pressure surrounding the church today, you may feel incredibly frustrated and ready to give up on America’s unchurched youth.

Don’t.

God is seeking to send leaders out to gather his children — to love them, witness to them, to strengthen them, to help them live out their purpose. The harvest is plenty, but the workers are few.

You may have tried many things to get kids to come to church. You may have tried nothing at all, having no idea how to start relating to public school students in today’s culture. Right now, you have the opportunity to learn how to build a ministry that has proven to be effective with thousands of kids.

You may only have a few fish and a couple of loaves — but God is ready to multiply those resources to feed the souls of America’s youth. All you have to do is say “YES.”

What Would It Be Like If You Could Give Vision and Purpose to Teens Who Are Leading Empty Lives Without Christ?

When it comes to today’s youth…

  • We can’t get their attention… because they have so many distractions.
  • We can’t help them reach their potential… because they need to discover purpose.
  • We can’t make them care about what matters… until they own a God-given mission.

We can’t keep them from living a lie… unless they grasp God’s truth.

But God’s Word and His Spirit can give them all those things. We just need to be willing to share them.

If you’re satisfied with the current state of church youth ministry and the majority of public school kids not knowing Christ in your community, this masterclass is not for you.

But if you want to see God do incredible things in and through the lives of our nation’s youth, this is the kind of training you need to participate in what He’s doing — not just in the future, but right NOW.
